General information
Dear Record dealers of the Mega Record & CD Fair,
Due to the waiting lists and the fact that many of you would like to have the same stall(s) at every fair it’s possible to take a subscription to insure your favourite stall you only have to fill in the subscription form once and you will take part in both the autumn and the spring edition with the same amount of stalls. Your registration will automatically continue until cancellation. You choose your own place and keep it over the years. The rates of Subscription will be adjusted only by the rate of inflation or changes in VAT on a yearly basis.
For more detailed information about Subscription see the Regulations and see all the rates on the enclosed form. Those of you who like to take part once a year or one time only you can choose from the stalls not being reserved by Subscription holders. The above only counts when we have received your signed booking form.
Subscription / Regular participation:
You take part in both the spring and autumn edition of the Mega Record & CD fair with the same amount of stalls and at the same spot. After that your registration will automatically continue, until cancellation. You choose your own place and keep it over the years. The prices of Subscription
will be adjusted by the rate of inflation or changes in VAT on a yearly basis. For more detailed information about Subscription see the Regulations.
Comfort / One fair participation:
You register for the Autumn edition of the Mega Record & CD Fair 2025. You can choose a place with an alternative. For more detailed information about Comfort participation see the Regulations.
It is not possible to register for the Spring edition of the Mega Record & CD Fair 2026 with this registration form. Autumn 2025 you can download a new registration form for the Spring edition.
Payment conditions
We do not send invoices before the fair! Please make sure you pay in time. You receive the invoice with the confirmation.
